sided stone.

Our Father,  J. Bane Higginbotham, born March 6, 1846, died  Nov. 11, 1894,  48y 8m 5d
J. Bane and William J., sons of T.J. & Nancy B. Higginbotham of Liberty Hill, Va. Decendants 
of Moses Higginbotham and his wife Elizabeth Garrison, who came from Amherst County 
and settled near Libert Hill, Va. about 1780-1785.
SIDE TWO:
Nannie L. and Louise Bane Higginbotham, daughters of William J. & Alice Higginbotham.
Allen Higginbotham, born Cedar Bluff, Va.
Harry Wythe Bane, son of Wythe & Jennie Hite Bane. Born at Old Bane Settlement on Walker's 
Creek at White Gate, Va.
Decendants of James Bane, who came to Virginia and married Rebecca McDonald in 1751.
SIDE THREE:
Sarah L. & Alice Allen, daughters of James & Laura Brown Allen, of Green Co., Tenn. 
Decendants of Robert Allen & Martha Carr, pioneer settlers of Green Co., Tenn.
SIDE FOUR:
Eugenia Dickerson Higginbotham, daughter of Robert Walker and Rosa Earnest Dickerson
of Castlewood, Va.  Decendant of Henry & Mary Powell Dickerson, pioneer settler of Russell
County, Va.
