TAZEWELL COUNTY, VA - CEMETERIES - Scott Cemetery ----¤¤¤---- Scott Cemetery East Peeled Chestnut Road Pocahontas, Tazewell County, Virginia This information was collected on May 28, 2002 by David Hambrick and Ken Bowen and contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives. From Route 52 in Bramwell take Route 120 toward Pocahontas. Just before you get to the Virginia State line turn right on Route 663 beside the Jordan Nelson Coal Bank historic marker. Follow 663 for two and a half miles, then turn left on a dirt road that is at the end of a fence. A four-wheeled drive vehicle is a must because the cemetery is at the end of this dirt road a little over half a mile down in the forest. This is a rough cemetery and receives little, or no care.
