Deskins to Thomas Brown Deed Book 10, page 179 Tazewell County Virginia This Indenture made the 25th day of February in the year of Christ 1851 between George W. Deskins and Myrinda his wife of Tazewell County of the first part and Thomas Brown of the County and state aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said George W. Deskins having bought a share which is one seventh part of said tract from Griffy Whitt who was one of the heirs of said Hezekiah Whitt which interest one seventh part of the two tracts the said George W. Deskins and Myrinda his wife hereby sell and convey to the said Thomas Brown To have and to hold the seventh part in the two tracts to the sole use and benefit of him the said Thomas Brown and his heirs forever And the said George W. Deskins and Myrinda his wife for themselves and their heirs warrant and defend the right title claim and possession of the seventh part of two hundred and forty five acres survey to be from the claims of all persons unto said Thomas Brown and his heirs forever and they warrant and defend the right and title the 7th part of ninety eight acre survey to be free from the claims of themselves and their heirs But does not warrant and defend the title from any other claim In Witness whereof the said George W. Deskins and Myrinda his wife have hereunto suscribed their names and caused their seals to be affixed the day and year above written. George W.
