    This Deed made the 28 November 1859 between Mary Neel
(grantor of the first part) and Thos Nickell Trustee of the
other part Witnesseth that the said Mary Neel doth grant
unto the said Thos Nickell all her real & personal estate to
wit:  the farm I now live on bounded as follows and
adjoining the land of Tenant Murphy on the east & Wm Hedrick
on the west being the line I now reside upon lying on the
waters of Wolf Cree, 2 Cows & their increase, 12 head of
hogs & their increase & all house hold & kitchen furniture &
50 bushels corn 30 Bu wheat all fodder an the place In Trust
to secure David H. Pury a debt of $93.34 cts due by a note
bearing date February 23rd 1859 also a note bearing date Nov
28, 1859 for 82.84 cts to the said D. H. Pury.  Now if the
said Mary Neel shall pay or cause to be paid on or before
28th day November 1861 the amt of the above described debts
owed David H. Pury together with the costs that may accrue
on this debt then this obligation is to be void otherwise to
remain in full force the property is to remain in the
possession of said Mary Neel & is to be sold on 30 days
notice for cash is this is a forfeiture of payment.  Witness
the following signatures & seals.
