Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or appretaining taken or known as part or parcel To have and to hold the said four sevenths of they above named tracts or parcels of land with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto and for the only (proper use?) and behoof of him the said Thomas (Brown) his heirs and assigns forever and the said James Whitt Rebeckah Low Richard Whitt and Susannah Webb for themselves and their heirs the said four sevenths of the above named tracts of land will all and singular the premises and appurtenances before mentioned unto the said Thomas Brown his (heirs) and assigns free from the claim of them the said James Whitt Rebeckah Low Richard Whitt and Susannah Webb or either of them __? or either of their heirs shall will and do warrant and forever defend by these presents.
