GILL, (nee HENDRICHSON- sic), JAMES M . HENDRICKSON, the last three children of Elizabeth T. Hendrickson; OCTAVIA C. Take notice that on the 21st day of October, 1902, that being the first day of the October, 1902 term of county court of Tazewell County, Virginia, the undersigned will apply to said courts to release, discharge, and mark satisfied certain liens reserved and retained and expressly charges the certain tract of land conveyed by JOSEPH A. MOORE and MARTHA P. MOORE, his wife to the undersigned by deed January 31st, 1882, and recorded June 9th, 1882 in the Clerk’s Office in the County Court of Tazewell County, Virginia, in deed Book No. 18, page 169-170. The debt secured by the lien has been fully paid, satisfied and discharged, which said lien and reservation is in words and figures following: to wit; "And for the further consideration hereinbefore mentioned, the said ANDRE HOUNDSELL undertakes and agrees to suitably provide for the maintainance (sic) of the said JOSEPH A. MOOR and MARTHA P. MOORE, his wife, during their natural life and to pay to A. F. MOORE, the sum of $200.00, to MARTHA C. STAFFORD, $100.00 to NANCY J. NEEL, $100.00, to Mary M.
