H. Robinette and Mr. and Mrs. David Ribinette Tuesday evening. Billie Simpson is still a patient in the Mattie Williams Hospital but his leg is improving now. Mrs. Rex E. Steele of Bluefield Va. spent Sat. with Mrs. M.H. McGee. Miss Mavis Elswick of here, accompanied Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Shelton and Estle and Misses Jackie and Billie Cunningham of Richlands, to visit Mr. and Mrs. John Shelton and family of Cucumber on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Tinsley had as guests on Sunday Mr. and Mrs. T. K. Smith and David, of Maxwell and Mrs. Frankie Jessie of Stuart Va. Sgt. Robert Thacker and Mrs. Thacker and two children, who have been stationed at Camp Campbell, Ky for some time, moved their trailer here Sat. He has been called to go to Japan soon. Mrs. C. H. Trayer and daughter Miss Peggy, spent the weekend in Abingdon, with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mogan.
