RUBLE, aged 33, Norfolk & Western brakeman, died in a Bluefield hospital Monday from injuries received when an automobile plunged down an embankment on the Princeton road. In the same accident MRS. L. E. EADES, of Bluefield, W. Va., was killed instantly and MRS. PAULINE RUBLE, the wife of GEORGE RUBLE, received a fractured skull and other injuries. The party where on their way to Princeton, when something went wrong with the car, and as MRS. RUBLE applied the brakes, her foot slipped and came down upon the accelerator and the machine became out of control and plunged over the embankment. MR. RUBLE, formerly lived at Shawver Mill but moved to Bluefield a number of years ago. He was a World War Veteran.* MR. RUBLE is survived by his wife and several brothers and sisters. MRS. EADES was a native of Saltville, and had made her home in Bluefield for the last four years. *WW I. I BELIEVE George W. Ruble to have been the son of George W. & Mary C. Ruble. LAMBERT 8, grandson ………….. ……… SHAWVER MILL W.C. LEFFELL underwent a very serious operation for throat trouble Tuesday at St. Luke’s hospital.
