Bertina L. Cantrell

CLIFFIELD, Va. -- Mrs. Bertina L. (Judy) Cantrell, age 58, passed away Thursday, 
June 5, 2003, at her home following a lengthy illness.

Born in Buchanan County, Va., she was the daughter of the late Milton and Lydia 
Horn Osborne.

Mrs. Cantrell is survived by her husband of 39 years, John Lee Cantrell; one 
daughter, Donna Bass of Cliffield; one son, Gary Cantrell and wife Linda of 
Thompson Valley, Va.; three grandchildren, Mason Colley, Leanna Cantrell and 
Steven Cantrell; four sisters: Mrs. Lester (Delores) Meadows of Cliffield; 
Virginia (Doll) Stilwell of Raven, Va.; Mrs. Glen (Arlene) Boyd of Blountville; 
and Juanita Stilwell of Raven; two brothers: Joe Osborne and wife Betty of 
Cliffield; and Jay Osborne and wife Charlotte of Cliffield.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2003, at 
Singleton Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Carl Robinson and Rev. Eugene Gates 
officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool 
Hill, Va.

Pallbearers will be Dale Boyd, Grady McGlothlin, Clarence Bass, Jim Davis, 
Ricky Nuckles and Tommy Stilwell.

Friends may call at Singleton Funeral Service in Cedar Bluff from 6 to 9 p.m. 
Friday.
