Born June 22, 1993, in Richlands, he was a son of John Albert and Lora Ann Lowe Casey. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a fourth-grade student at Cedar Bluff Elementary School. He attended the Church of Jesus Christ. In addition to his parents, survivors include one sister, Courtney Dawn Casey of Richlands; maternal grandmother, Maudie Harris of Cedar Bluff; maternal grandfather, Melvin Lowe of Maryland; paternal grandparents, Douglas and Stella Casey of Richlands; great-grandmother, Tennessee Barnes of Richlands; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, with Brother Elmer Lee Burke officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool Hill, Va. Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at the Honaker Funeral Home after 6 p.m. Monday and at any time Tuesday.
