He was floating logs down the stream when he was thrown into the swollen waters. From 35 Years Ago: Friday, March 27, 1903 MRS. ROBERT TAYLOR, died Sunday at Graham. Interment was made Monday at Falls Mills. She was the daughter of William Peery, and granddaughter of Squire H. D. Dudley of Falls Mills. (H.D. Dudley=Hugh D. Dudley).
