Lawrence Hayes and Rev. Rick Pruitt officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum at Claypool Hill. Pallbearers will be Winfred McGlothlin, Fred McGlothlin Jr., Jim Ball, Leroy Nelson, Frazier McGlothlin, Ernie Horton, Lonnie Perkins and Mark Sexton. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Kyle, Bernard Sparks, Stanley Sparks and Timmy Sparks. Members of Casey-Shortt VFW Post 9640 of Richlands and the Disabled American Veterans Tazewell County Chapter 31 will conduct military graveside rites. Mr. Fletcher, 71, died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, at home following a lengthy illness.
