JOHN W. HOOPS

Funeral services for JOHN HOOPS 86 year old resident of Baptist Valley,
who died Tuesday, will be conducted Friday from the Methodist  church at
Maxwell. He is survived by his wife and 13 sons and daughters:

R. L. HOOPS,
T. E. HOOPS,
C. B.  HOOPS,
J. C. HOOPS,
RADER,
GRAYSON, and
LOTTIE HOOPS,
MRS. R. A. THAYER,
M. G. HOOPS,
MRS. ERVIN BANDY (Bessie Ruth Marie Hoops, m. Ervin Dewey Bandy)
MRS. W. P. CAUDILL .

[John Henry Hoops-I have never seen a "W" used with his name in any
other articles? John Hoops was the s/o William M. Hoops &  Charlotte
Rose Asbury. John Hoops was married three times:
1.    Sarah Frances Boling, abt 1857-22 Sep 1893
2. Traysey Belle McGuire Dec 1867?drowned 22 June 1901 with two children
?one of hers and John ‘s, Fannie C.,  and one of John’s and his first
wife, Annie. See
