Submitted from Falls Mills, VA, Oct 22 (sic) *

CHARLES PERALDO, a forman for S. Walton & Co., on the Clinch Valley
Division, was killed by the passenger train on the 27th. We did not
learn the particulars of the sad affair.  He will be buried with Masonic
honors at this place today.

* The date of submission and date of death do not agree.  I believe the
submission date was probably the 29th.
