George Washington Riley died at his home near Tip Top on July tenth. He
was born in February 1832. He is survived by his wife who is now 89
years of age; also surviving are six children, one sister, 39
grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.

[Son of George Riley and Elizabeth 'Betsy' Pike. George W. Riley married
Virginia Bowman, d/o Daniel P. Bowman & Christina/Christener Owens. Two
of George Washington Riley's children married Shraders. Mariah Larissa
Riley married Hugh Dillon Sharder, s/o John Wilkison 'Wilk' Shrader  &
Martha Daniels Benjamin Franklin Riley's first wife was  Arminta Martha
'Minta' Shrader, d/o Samuel Augustus Shrader & Sarah Angeline Brooks].
