NELL SHRADER ROACH OBITUARY

NELL SHRADER ROACH

      Nell Shrader Roach, 59, of 2048 Lee Ave., Bluefield, Va., died at the
home of Mrs. Doris Putnam in Bluefield, Va., Tuesday morning following a
long illness.
      Born in Bluefield, Va., she was a daughter of the late Marion D.
Shrader and Gertrude Wiley Shrader.  She was proceded in death by her
husband, John Roach.  She had worked in the credit department at Montgomery
Wards for 19 years.
      Surviving are one son, John Donald Roach of Bluefield, Va.
      Funeral services will be conducted at Dudley Memorial Chapel in
Bluefield, Va., at 2 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Hugh Ferguson officiating.
Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, Va.  Pallbearers
will be B. B. Slemp, Ott Belcher, Harry Burton, Bob C. Bandy, Dorn Shrader,
C. H. Hayes Jr.
      Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
