A. WAGNER C. A. WAGNER, aged 80, died last Friday at his home in Bailey, following an illness of three years. MR. WAGNER was a pioneer civil engineer and assisted in the survey of coal property in West Virginia fifty years ago. He was a native of Tazewell county. He is survived by his widow, one son and four daughters. [Charles Alexander Wagner, s/o David Nicewander Waggoner & Mariah E. Deaton. C. A. Wagner married Jane Annabelle ‘Annie’ Bailey. Their daughter, Amandda Ella Wagner married William David ‘Bill’ Tabor, s/o Elgin Whitley Tabor & Octavia Zane Tiller. My mother, Hettie Marie (Shrader) Eagle, remembers what great "Potato Bread" Jane Annabelle (Bailey) Wagner made].
