Wagner, 65 of Montcalm, died Tuesday in a Bluefield hospital following a long illness. He was a member of the Montcalm Methodist Church, Bailey Masonic Lodge 137 at Montcalm, Loyal Order of Moose at Matoaka and Rock Chapter, Order of Eastern Star. He was a native of Falls Mills, Va., son of the late Adam S. Wagner and Margaret Tabor Wagner. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Evelyn S. Wagner; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Sharader of Baltimore, Md., a recent resident of Montcalm, and Mrs. Betty Devito of Baltimore; three brothers, Ernest Wagner of Pocahontas, Va., Taft J. Wagner of Falls Mills and Lewis J. Wagner of Yards, Va.,; four sisters, Mrs. Clarence Bowman of Pocahontas, Mrs. Oliver Davidson of Ft. Pierce and Mrs. Wiley Compton of Bluefield; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Montcalm Methodist Church with Rev. M. W. Daugherty, Rev. Argyle Payne and Rev. W. R. Grimm, Jr. officiating and burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Members of the Bailey Masonic Lodge 137 will be pallbearers and will be in charge of graveside services. Members of Rock Chapter, Order of Easter Star, and women of the church will carry flowers. The body will be taken from cravens Funeral Home in Montcalm to the residence today at 4 p.m. and will be taken to the church one hour before the funeral service.
