Harman Lodge No. 222, A. F. & A. M. held three hall at graham, Va., A,L.
5887, A. D. 1887, August 23, the following preamble and resolutions were
unanimously adopted:
Whereas it has pleased the Supreme Ruler of the Universe in His wisdom
to remove from our midst our dearly beloved friend and brother, W. Scott
Witten, who was a member of this Lodge, departed this life at 12 o’clock
p. m. August 20, 1887, at this home in Abbs valley, Tazewell county ,
Va., who had been a member of this Lodge for eighteen years.....
