Married January 31, 1928."

This translates into Elijah Ratcliff and Mary Burchett.

I am interested in hiring someone to do research on the birth of Elijah
Ratcliff. He was born about 1806 in Virginia.  I have been to the
Tazewell Court House and the county library and have found no birth
records. I have no idea who his parents were.  He was my great-great
grandfather.
