Viz. I do devise and give unto my son John Maloney and my daughter Mary Prewet, late Mary Malony, to each of them one dollar to be paid to them out of my estate by my executor after my death. I further devise and give unto my wife Rachel Malony all and every part of the remainder of my estate and all moneys that may be due to me at my deceas to have and to hold free from all and every person after my deceas. I also make and constitute Joseph Hankins my executor in testimony where of I set my hand and seal this fifth day of August 1838.
