Last Will and Testament of Archibald Maloney
Book 2, Page 168

I Archabald Malony of Tazewell County State of Virginia being of sound mind and
disposing memory have thought it proper to make this my last will and testament.
Viz. I do devise and give unto my son John Maloney and my daughter Mary Prewet,
late Mary Malony, to each of them one dollar to be paid to them out of my estate
by my executor after my death. I further devise and give unto my wife Rachel
Malony all and every part of the remainder of my estate and all moneys that may
be due to me at my deceas to have and to hold free from all and every person
after my deceas. I also make and constitute Joseph Hankins my executor in
testimony where of I set my hand and seal this fifth day of August 1838.

Virginia. In the County of Tazewell Apr. 1st 1840. This the last will and
testament of Archibald Maloney decd. We found in court by the oath of Bird
Lockhart and Robert Hankins subscribing witneses thereto and ordered to be
recorded.
