The Last Will Of Moses Beavers, 1867 (son of Alexander & Sarah Rice Beavers) Will Book 4 Page 306 I, Moses Beavers, of the county of Tazewell and the state of Virginia, a man of full age, and sound mind, though infirm in health, have taken into consideration the shortage of life, and feel disirous to make provisions with my property, real and personal as I deem to be right, having herefore, gave to my sons, Mathias H. Beavers and Alexander R. Beavers, and my daughters Levisa Seabolt, and Elizabeth Waldron, as much as I deem to be right for them to have. I therefor will & bequest to my son Moses J. Beavers, all the lands now belonging to me, supposed to be four hundred & ninety six acres, and all my personal property, after paying all my just debts and funeral expenses & Moses J. Beavers is to pay my daughter Rebecca Waldron, a good young horse, in witness whereof I affix my signature & seal this 5th day of November 1867. Moses Beavers (SEAL) Attest M. H.
