Norfolk Journal and Guide, Aug 17,1971
Norfolk - Michael Austin, 17, a son of Mrs. Carrol Austin Jumper of 1047 Holt
street, and the late Jessie Austin Sr., died recently in a local hospital after
a long illness.

A native of Norfolk, he attended Ruffner Junior High School.

Besides his mother, surviving are a brother, George Jumper and a sister, Carrol
Jumper, both of Norfolk.

A funeral was held in B. F. King Funeral Home by the Rev. J. L. Kearney.  Burial
was in Jones Memorial Park.
