The Virginian Pilot (Norfolk Va) March 4, 1954
Orry Uberto Bailey, 76, died at the residence, 317 Duncan Avenue, yesterday at 
1 p.m.  He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Frances Mahoney, of Wickford, 
R.I.; Mrs. Blanche Smith, Mrs. J.R. Shackelford and Mrs. Minnie Foster, all of 
Norfolk; three sons, Harry S. Bailey, William E. Bailey and Ralph S. Bailey, 
all of Chester, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. Kate Pugh and Mrs. Maggie Kight, both 
of Norfolk, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Mr. Bailey 
was a native of Erie County, Pa., and had been a resident of this vicinity for 
65 years.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Sunday 
at 1 p.m.  Burial will be in the Charity Methodist Church Cemetery.  

Additional Comments:
Mr. Bailey was the widower of Clara Lavinia Murphy Bailey.
