Norfolk - Final rites for Willie Weston Barber of Godfrey avenue were held 
Wednesday in New Calvary Baptist Church. Interment was in Betty Jones 
Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge. He died April 16 in a hospital.

A native of Littleton, NC, Mr. Jones was the son of Jeremiah Barber and Mrs. 
Emily Barber and husband of Mrs. Louise C. Barber. He was retired from 
Norfolk Naval Shipyard and was a member of New Calvary.

Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Alma Hardy of Baltimore; and two 
brothers, Olden Weston and Tom Barber, both of Englehard, NC.
