Norfolk - Miss Sadie Barnes, 61, of 863 E. Princess Anne road, who died Nov. 6
at her home, received final rites Thursday at Antioch Baptist Church, where she
held membership.

The Rev. J. W. Matthews officiated at the service. Interment was in Betty Jones
Cemetery under direction of Morning Glory Funeral Home.

A native of Princess Anne County, the deceased was the daughter of the late
Henry Barnes and Mrs. Martha Barnes. Her survivors include a brother, Albert J.
Barnes of Portsmouth; a sister, Mrs. Mary L. Barnes Davis of Norfolk; and other
relatives.
