The Virginian Pilot December 5, 1956
Theoff Daniel Beale, 75, of Back Bay, Princess Anne County, died yesterday at 8 
p.m. at the residence after an illness of 15 months.
A native of Kitty Hawk, N.C., he had lived here the last 32 years. He was a son 
of Maurice and Mrs. Blendie Frances Perry Beale.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Minnie Maude Krank Beale; four sons, Willie D. 
Beale, of Norfolk; William Howard Beale, of Back Bay; Sgt. Sidney W. Beale, 
USA, of Ft Mead, Md., and Sgt. Rudolph V. Beale, USA, of Ft. Belvoir; one 
daughter, Mrs. Hazel B. Osborne, of Back Bay; three sisters, Mrs. Filina 
Humphries, of South Norfolk; Mrs. Minnie Fletcher and Mrs. Sadie Saunders, both 
of Oak Grove; three half-sisters, Mrs. Lillie Mae Beale, Mrs. Sallie Morse and 
Mrs. Helen G. Beasley, all of Norfolk and 10 grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley.
