Norfolk Journal and Guide, Oct 13,1962
James Coston, 44, of 1509 Fentress street, a retired Norfolk city employee, was 
given final rites recently at Morning Glory Funeral Home with the Rev. F. P. Wise 
of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church officiating.  He was buried in Betty Jones 
Cemetery.

Mr. Coston is survived by his parents, John Lewis Jefferson and Mrs. Mattie 
Haskins;  his wife, Mrs. Louise Coston;  a son, James Coston Jr. of Princess Anne 
County;  and a daughter, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Clanton of Richmond.
