Norfolk - Mrs. Queen Dillard of 7416 Sewells Point road received funeral rites
Jan. 26 in E. A. Hughes Funeral Chapel. The Rev. J. L. Kearney officiated. She
died Jan. 21.

A native of Edenton, NC, she was the wife of James Dillard and a daughter of the
late Anderson and Mrs. Lizzie Copeland.

A member of Oakwood Chapel Church, she was retired from Browning Restaurant
after 15 years of service.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Arthur Copeland and Nathaniel
White; a daughter, Miss Clara Dillard, all of Norfolk; 15 grandchildren; and 16
great grandchildren.

Interment was in Jones Memorial Park.
