Virginia Beach - Miss Gloria J. Dozier of 204 Waverly Drive, Virginia Beach,
died recently in a local hospital.

A native of Princess Anne County, she was the daughter of Nicodemus and Mrs.
Mollie E. Dozier.  She worked for General Hospital of Virginia Beach for two
years.  She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Also surviving are a son, William M. Tyler Dozier;  nine brothers, Nicodemus
Dozier Jr., William Dozier, Robert Dozier, Arthur Dozier, Sherman Dozier,
Therman Dozier and Ronnie Dozier, John Dozier and Walter Dozier;  two sisters,
Mrs. Janie Smith and Miss Judith Dozier, all of Virginia Beach.

A funeral service was held in Mt. Olive Baptist Church with interment in Jones
Memorial Park with Junius M. Bell Funeral director in charge.
