Virginia Beach - Mrs. Lillian L. Frederick of 456 South Witchduck road, who died
April 12 in a Norfolk hospital, received final rites Sunday in St. John AME
Church from the Rev. Jessie Fauntleroy. Burial was in Betty Jones Memorial Park
with Hairston Funeral Home in charge.

The Virginia Beach native was a daughter of the late Louis Dillard and Mrs.
Ellen Dillard and the wife of Avery Frederick.

Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Leon Goodman Jr. of Virginia Beach;
four brothers, John T. Dillard of Norfolk, Jessie Dillard of Virginia Beach,
Louis Dillard of Richmond and Joseph Cornick of New York; a sister, Mrs. Ellen
Robinson of Cape Charles; and others.
