Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, November 12, 1990 
George E. Fulford, of the 500 block of Ruffner St., died Nov. 9, 1990, in a
hospital.

Mr. Fulford, a native of Norfolk, retired from Sheller Globe Corp. after 36
years. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Sallie Fulford; six daughters, Jeanette Fulford,
Shelia Fulford, Mary Fulford, Clarica Fulford, Clarissa Fulford and Ella
Fulford; two stepdaughters, Betty Heckstall and Pat Holley; two sons, George E.
Fulford Jr. and Marlo A. Fulford; and a sister, Geneva Cotton, all of Norfolk; a
brother, James Fulford of Baltimore; and 29 grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Graves Funeral Home by the
Rev. J.L. Kearney. Burial will be in Betty Jones Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at the residence.
