Norfolk - Miss Lessie Johnson, 68, of 539 Maryland avenue died in a hospital.
She was a native of Norfolk.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Nash Turner; five granddaughters, Gloria
E. Turner, Etta Mae Turner, Lillian Francine Turner, Clarissa Turner, and Emily
Turner; and two grandsons, Warren Turner and Cornelius Turner, all of Norfolk.

Services were held in Smyrna Church of Christ Holy Disciples. Burial was in
Jones Memorial Park, Virginia Beach, with Tidewater Funeral Service in charge.
