Virginia Beach - Final rites were received Sunday by Shelton Knox, 62, of 4946
Princess Anne Road.  The service, arranged by J. M. Bell Funeral service, was
held in First Baptist Church, Lynnhaven, and burial was in Betty Jones Memorial
Park.

Mr. Knox, an employee of the Norfolk Naval Base, was a native of Princess Anne
county.  He was the husband of Mrs. Beatrice Knox and a son of Albert Knox and
Mrs. Mary Knox.

He is survived also by two sons, Willie L. Knox and Fred B. Knox;  a stepson,
Robert H. Gray;  two brothers, Archie Knox and Arthur Knox;  and two sisters,
Miss Almira Knox and Miss Joeanna Knox, all of Virginia Beach.
