Mrs. Moses was born in Barnesville, S.C., and was the widow of Melvin Charles Moses. She attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Survivors include two daughters, Rozzlie M. Moses and Melvina C. Moses, both of Chester, Pa.; five sons, Thomas E. Hicks, Charles E. Moses, both of Chester, Pa., Alfonzio E. Hicks of Gaithersburg, Md., Ricky Lee Henley and Glenn E. Hicks, both of Norfolk; her mother, Louise Wiggins Hicks of Norfolk; three sisters, Annie Mae Harold and Marion L. Lawrence, both of Norfolk, and Gloria Hicks of Vineland, N.J.; five brothers, Solomon E. Hicks, Anthony R. Hicks, both of Norfolk, Gamal A. Nasser of Texas, Bernard and Herman Hicks, both of Bridgeton, N.J.; and 18 grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Graves Funeral Home by Ronald R. Johnson, Elder of Jehovah's Witnesses. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park. Visitation will begin on Friday.
