Norfolk Journal and Guide, May 24, 1969
Norfolk - Walter Spellman of 2424 E. Princess Anne road received funeral rites
May 18 at the United House of Prayer for All People.  The Rev. J. Hampton
officiated.

A native of Princess Anne county, he was the son of the late Patrick H. Spellman
and Mrs. Dora B. Spellman.

Surviving are two brothers, Patrick and D (rest of name illegible) of Norfolk
and two sisters, Miss Ethel Spellman and Mrs. Virginia M. McConnell of
Philadelphia.

Interment was in Jones Memorial Park with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
