Norfolk - Arthur Spencer Jr., of 7414 Pamona street was given final rites
Tuesday in Zion Light Christian Church with the Rev. J. T. Jones officiating.
Burial was in Betty Jones Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.

A Norfolk native, he was a son of Arthur Spencer Sr., and Mrs. Carrie Spencer
and the husband of Mrs. Florine Spencer. He worked 22 years for Mitchell-Smith
and Company.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Arthur Spencer III, Wendell
Spencer and Abraham Spencer, all of Norfolk; and a sister, Mrs. Estelle Williams
of Norfolk.
