Norfolk - Mrs. Minnie Spruill, of 7113 Mamie boulevard, was given final rites 
Thursday at Zion Light Disciples Church by the Rev. J. T. Jones.  Burial was in 
Betty Jones Cemetery with Morning Glory Funeral Home in charge.

A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of James F. Johnson and Mrs. Lildale 
Johnson and the wife of James Spruill.  She was a member of Zion Light Disciples 
Church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, James Griffin of Brooklyn and 
Amos T. Griffin of Norfolk;  two brothers, Alexander Johnson and Frank Johnson 
of Norfolk;  and five grandchildren.
