Norfolk Journal and Guide, May 28,1966
Norfolk - Miss Virginia Wiggins of 1014 Bottimore street, who died in her home
May 11 after a short illness, was given a funeral service Sunday in Brighter
Star Holiness Church by Elder John Thorogood and was buried in Betty Jones
Memorial Park.  Hale Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

A native of Scotland Neck, NC, Miss Wiggins was a daughter of Mrs. Annie W.
Wiggins and the late Henry Wiggins.  Also surviving are a brother, Lee H.
Wiggins of Portsmouth, and a sister, Mrs. Donnie W. Harris of Virginia Beach.
