Norfolk - Mrs. Mary Williams, 41, of 2523 Church street, received a funeral 
service Sunday at Morning Star Baptist Church, where she held membership.  She 
died Nov. 5.

The Rev. G. L Parker officiated at the service.  Burial was in Betty Jones 
cemetery with Humphries Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Williams was a native of Princess Anne county.  She was the daughter of 
Eddie Land and the late Mrs. Viola Land.

In addition to her father, survivors include her husband, Charlie Williams;  
four daughters, Misses Beatrice and Matilda Williams, Mrs. Willie Pearl Kello 
and Mrs. Mary Askew of Norfolk;  five sons, Mark, Jesse, Otis, James and Charlie 
Williams Jr. of Virginia Beach;  three sisters, Misses Rosa, Annie and Leola 
Land of Virginia Beach;  two brothers, Leon and Eddie Land of Virginia Beach;  
and five grandchildren.
