Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Wright, 63, 227 Allyn Court, were held at Hale’s 
Chapel, October 16.  The Rev. R. D. K. Garrett officiated. Mrs. Wright, who died 
October 13 in a local hospital, was born in Raleigh, NC, and had lived here 45 
years.  Surviving are her husband, Richard Wright;  a daughter, Elsie, and other 
relatives.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
