He was twice married, first to Miss Sarah Lake, May 12, 1820, who died Mar. 5, 1855. His second marriage was Feb. 12, 1855 to Miss Nancy Beaty. Births Adeline, born Apr. 19, 1823 of Liberty Hall John Hamilton, born July 15, 1825 married first, Annie Neaton and second Letha Pomeroy. John Hamilton, was the father of Tilden, Hays and Grover C. Pomeroy, sons of Letha P. Mary Elizabeth born Feb. 18, 1828 Rebecca, born Nov 21, 1830 Johnson Pomeroy born May 13, 1832. Married twice, first to Susan Johnson and second to Sarah Edmonds Margaret born Feb. 10, 1936 Martha Pomeroy born Mar. 7, 1838 Lucy Pomeroy born Sept. 11, 1842 Thos. M.
