Cemetery Location: Fish hatchery at Waterlick Warren County 1937: Bell Graveyard site is now used for a barn and mule lot by Department of Game and Inland Fisheries at its Front Royal Fish Hatchery. There may have been a number of graves at this place as one of the oldest mills in this part of the state stood here. Sacred to Mary Amiss Died March 24 1845 aged 23 Mr. Mack Robinson, of Waterlick, states that Mary Amiss was a daughter of Peter Bell, who with his partner, Traister, was killed by Northern Soldiers in the celebrated “Bell and Traister affair”.
