Hall Family Cemetery, on old Hall Farm, Bethel area, near Front Royal, 
Warren County

Located near the end of Simon’s Way, off Kendrick Ford Road.

The following information was collected by various persons from visits 
to the cemetery in 1958, 1983, and 1997. J. Tommy McDonald of Winchester 
sent notes compiled by someone in 1958; A. Rutherford of Front Royal 
provided notes from 1983, and K. Osborne of Illinois added notes from a 
visit in 1997 for this list. Christian David Hall and his second wife 
Minerva Jane Minnick Hall raised a large family on this farm during the 
1870s. Halls married Derflingers, Kendalls, Laings, McDonalds, and 
others. Names in brackets help to identify maiden names, etc. provided 
by Hall family researchers.
