She was born in Front Royal (Warren County), VA, on December 7, 1940, daughter of the late Oddie and Sarah Lizzie Corbin Nicholson. She is survived by two sons, Harold Junior and Floyd Roscoe Riggleman, both of Hedgesville, WV; five daughters, Nancy Ann Cook of Hedgesville, WV, Penny Elaine Messick and Lois Jean Feltner, both of Martinsburg, WV; twin daughters Grace Kay Thompson of Aroda, VA and Hazel May Dove of Baker, WV; a step- daughter Debra Lynn Heflin; 28 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; a brother and two sisters, Woodrow Nicholson and Dorothy Nicholson Lily, both of Front Royal, VA, and Florine Nicholson of Culpeper, VA; and a number of nieces and nephews. Also survived by a very close, special friend, Dennis Roth. Mrs. Riggleman was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A Riggleman, Jr.; one son, Richard Dennis Riggleman; one step-son, Robert A. Riggleman, III; a granddaughter, Christal Lee Cook Mahoney; a grandson, Robert Lee Feltner; a great-grandchild, Kenlea Lane Shepard; two brothers, James and Earl Nicholson; and five sisters, Bessie Smoot, Rhonda Printz, Thelma Hensley, Emily Frazier and Katherine Dodson. The funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2010, at Rosedale Funeral Home in Martinsburg, WV. Burial was in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg, WV.
