Stinson of Warren County, Virginia, do make this my last will and testament. I will and devise to my wife, Rececca Eveline Stinson, after paying my debts and defraying my funeral expenses, all of my real and personal property during her natural life, to have and to hold as the same as if I was here. The children are to have a share with her until they are of age provided she remains my widow; but should she marry again, she shall have her share as the law directs. At my wife's death, it is my will that my son, Charles F. Stinson, shall have my interest in the Brush Bottom farm, which is one fourth of the tract. My other five children, Sarah Rebecca Stinson, Julia Ann Stinson, John William Stinson, Andrew Jackson Stinson, and Lee Stinson, shall inherit my home farm where I now reside, with their equal share of the personal property that should be left at the death of my wife; but it is not my wish that my son, Charles F. Stinson, shall inherit any of my personal property. It is not my wish that James F. Stinson and Amanda Jane McNely, my two children now living in West Virginia, shall have any of my property, either real or personal. I do appoint my wife my sole administrator. I also will that there shall be kept as a family graveyard three-quarters of an acre of land including the ground now occupied for that purpose, and a road from the graveyard to the house. Wm F. Stinson {seal} Signed and sealed by said W. F.
