Witnesseth that the said Lewis Moor and his wife Mary for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff {fig. Hand over, give up possession of} and confirm unto the said Nicholas Fleenor his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of Land containing one hundred and ninety six acres be the same more or less lying and being in the County aforesaid granted to said Lewis Moor by Indenture of bargain and sale from Richard Moor and Elizabeth his wife recorded in the County court of Washington bearing date the sixteenth day of December 1794 lying on both sides of Abrahams creek a south branch of the North fork of Holsteins River bounded as follows, to wit: BEGINNING on a rocky spur at a hickory corner to James Sproles land +he now lives on+ and with a line of the same thence North fifty nine degrees West one hundred and fifty six poles crossing the creek to three white oaks then leaving said line North forty one degrees West ?sixteen poles to a white oak north forty seven degrees East one hundred and ninety two poles to three white oaks near the top of a knob corner to Thos. Brights survey and with a line of the same South sixty two degrees East one hundred and sixteen poles to a spanish oak then leaving said line and running thence for a ?_ -mision line South twenty two degrees West eighty four poles crossing the creek to a buckey[e] and hickory Sapling South two degrees East fifty six poles [ I can't find the 2d page of this deed, there is little other data likely ]
