To all to whom these presents shall come, Greeting. Know Ye, that by virtue of a Land Office Treasury Warrant Number Thirteen thousand Seven hundred and forty-one, issued the Eighth day of August Seventeen hundred and eighty-two, There is granted by the said Commonwealth unto James Fulkerson a certain tract or parcel of land containing 200 acres by survey bearing date the Tenth day of April One thousand Seven hundred and ninety-eight, lying and being in the County of Washington on the Waters of Beaver Creek a North branch of Holstein River and bounded as followeth, To wit: Beginning at two white oaks corner to said Fulkerson and Goodman's lands running thence South 50 degrees East 84 poles to a large white oak on a ridge South Seventy degrees West 92 poles to two Gums and a white oak near the top of a ridge South 40 degrees West 50 poles to a hollow chesnut and chesnut sprout South 60 degrees West 22 poles to two white oak saplings by a path South 48 degrees West 130 poles to two white oaks North 38 degrees West 170 poles to a line of said Fulkerson's former survey thence near the same North 73 degrees East 288 poles to the Beginning, with its appurtenances to Have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said James Fulkerson and his Heirs forever.
