	THIS DEED made the 8th day of Sept 1882 between Henry ROBERTS 
and Sarah his wife on the first part and Mary J. Heral of the second part all the 
parties being residents of Washington County Virginia.  
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand dollars 
given as an advancement to the said Mary J. Heral the said Henry Roberts and 
Sarah his wife do grant unto the said Mary J. Heral a certain tract or parcel of 
land lying and being in the county aforesaid and lying on both sides of the North 
Fork of Holston River containing about Four hundred acres be the same more or 
less being the land where said Mary J. Heral now resides being all the land now 
owned by said Roberts North of Isaac & Wm Musick's north line to Ota H. 
Fleenor's land and the said Mary J. Heral is to comply with the reservations as 
set forth in the deed of Wm G. C. White to said Roberts in regard to water 
privileges and minerals on said lands and the said Henry Roberts and Sarah his 
wife covenant that they will warrant generally the land hereby conveyed.
