Transcription of Reconciliation by Jacob Goodman to Jacob Droak

Sept 5th 1791 Moratto between Jacob Droak and Jacob Goodman senr
as follows viz the said Jacob Goodman senr acknowledges that he
has wronged sd Droak by saying that the said Droak swore false
respecting his son taking bees from John Testor and agrees to pay
all costs in the suit brought by said Droak against him in that
respect in consideration of which the said Droak agrees to draw
the said suit and drop the dispute.  Witness the hands and seals
of the parties the day and year as above.

At a court held for Washington county the 15th day of May 1792
This memorandum was proven in court by the oath of John Testor &
Benjamin Sharp subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be
recorded.
